Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Final rinse temperature of dish washer was 68C at the plate. Operator did not have a way of monitoring the dishwashing final rinse temperature. He ran out of thermostrips and did not have a reliable way to measure temperature. Operator must soak the dishes in 100ppm after dishwashing cycle is done.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handwashing station at the bar did not have any liquid soap or paper towels. Operator provided them at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Operator did not wash hands prior to touch the clean dishes. Operator washed hands when notified. This is a repeated violation.

Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BD9T84:

Code 304: Corrected. The areas noted appeared cleaned.

Code 305: Corrected. Much improvement was noted. A lower shelf was built below the bar counter (far corner) to store the drinks off the floor.

Code 306: Partially corrected. Items still pending: exhaust canopy had not been cleaned. Operator to send invoice to EHO once this is completed. Correction to be done by 3 days.
