Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 0ppm chlorine is detected on plate. Operator has primed the machine, and now at least 50ppm chlorine is detected.
2. 0ppm chlorine is detected in sanitizer bucket.
Test strips are available for testing sanitizer concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher must be chekced routinely to ensure accurate and proper sanitizer concentration is achieved.
Sanitizer in buckets must be changed daily and when dirty. A new sanitizer bucket has been made, and at least 100ppm chlorine is detected.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again, both handwashing stations in kitchen is blocked. One has a mop bucket right in front of the sink, the other has a baking tray on the sink. This is the second consecutive routine inspection with this violation.
Corrective Action(s): Handwashing stations must be accessible at ALL times. This is a ticketable violation. Failuare to comply may result in further enforcement action.

Observation: Food buckets are observed storing on ground, in kitchen, walk-in cooler, and storage room.

Observation: Rodent droppings are noted in some areas - towards staff washroom; under glass washer; under dishwasher. Pest control company visits once every 3 months. Duct tape is observed to be used to seal holes.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control visits should increase to at least once a month to keep pest activity under control. Seal all entry points properly.
