Front undercounter cooler - cooler not operational, operated has selected to discontinue salad options.

Food containers and food equipment observed stored on shelving units, off the floor.

Storage locker - glue boards and pesticide treatments provided to address cockroach activity. Cracks have been sealed. Product inventory re-organized and stored off the floor.

Required premise cleaning has been conducted.

New shelving provided to store beverage bottles off the floor.

Surplus containers removed from storage hallway.

Closure Order complied with and now rescinded, premise may re-open when ready.
