Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CEWTMB.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CEWTMB have been corrected:
-Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 100pm chlorine.
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine.
-French fryer hopper measured at -18C.
-Improvement regarding built-up food debris observed underneath the deep frying and grill cook lines.

NOTE: Ensure that daily cleaning underneath the cook lines are conducted especially around the wheels of equipment and in hard to reach areas underneath major equipment. Ensure to record temperature of french fry hopper as temperature logs do not indicate the recorded temperature. Do not remove dishwasher until district health inspector grants health approval.
