Observation: Observed main fume hood cleaning and servicing sticker was due in March 2022. Accumulation of grease and dust observed on fume hood. Cleaning my technician required.
Corrective Action(s): Have approved technician clean and service this unit. Ensure to clean accumulation of dust and grease in the food preparation area. Correction required in 1 week.

Observation: Hand sink beside cashier is currently not working. Staff use main kitchen hand sink before commencing work.
Corrective Action(s): Repair this unit and ensure it is in working order. Correction required in 1 week.

Premise is sanitary.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available in main kitchen.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing.
Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Food protected from contamination. Food is from an approved source.

Pop and ice machine is sanitary.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.
Take out containers and utensils are sanitary.
3-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer in use at 200 ppm and in labelled spray bottles.
Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant in use for common touch surfaces.
Food permit sticker/invoice located in main office, recommend replacing Fraser Health Food Permit to put new 2023 sticker on it.
