Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Temperature of coolers recorded below 4C.
- Freezers recorded at -12C
- Handwash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach available in spray bottle.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 72C on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1.
