- Food items are mostly protected from contamination.
- Rice scoop stored in ice water bath. Ensure to routinely change out the water.
- Vegetables stored in the upper shelve above raw meats inside the upright cooler with sliding doors.
- No meats were being thawed at room temperature.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Working thermometers inside most coolers. Provide a working thermometer inside the undercounter cooler at the front of the kitchen.
