Observation: Foods in both the walk-in cooler and the double door freezer are not labeled with either the contents of the container/plastic bag, where it was purchased, when it was prepared/repackaged etc.
Corrective Action(s): All foods must be labeled and invoices/receipts available for review. Foods must also have ingredient list and nutritional labels available for review. Make sure that foods are properly labeled with contents and when prepared/use-by dates.

Observation: .
Mould in walk-in cooler around condenser, interior door push, and door seals.
Caulking around dishwashing sinks and dishwasher mouldy mound of grease/mould/debris in bottom track of dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Both the walk-in cooler and the dishwashing area need a thorough cleaning and sanitizing; contaminated caulking in dishwashing area to be removed, the area thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, AND DRIED before recaulking.

Observation: Food splatters/spills on walls, shelving, cupboards, equipment throughout the food prep, dry storage, dishwashing area and front cooking area; grease and food debris covering floor under cook line; rangehood ducting not cleaned since 2015; range hood filters have dripping grease above woks and dust/dirt accumulations in other filters.
Corrective Action(s): Premises needs a thorough general cleaning of all walls, cupboards, shelving, behind and under equipment especially along the cook line, the equipment itself (especially stand up freezer, walk-in cooler, rangehood ducting and canopy) etc.
