Observation: Built-up of food, canisters, paper, and food debris observed underneath the stand-up coolers and stand-up freezers at the back of house.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Ensure underneath hard to reach areas are cleaned and sanitized daily to prevent built-up of debris and pest harbourage. Corrected by: June 21, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 78C final rinse temperature.
Under counter coolers and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to be stored outside of ice machine.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
