Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on September 11, 2019 (RPT#: BFWUJ5).
Lights have been placed inside the walk-in cooler (2 lights)
Stainless steel shelving has been acquired inside the walk-in cooler. All food products to be loaded onto shelves and off the floor
Professional pest control company has been called in to monitor the rodent activity inside the storage room. Operator states that drywall will be removed and replaced with stainless steel panels. Existing wooden shelving will be removed and replaced with stainless steel shelving (end of November)
Hand wash station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Wall-mounted dispensers to be installed within the next month (end of October)
Gulab jamun is placed inside coolers
No potato cutters or equipment placed directly on the floor
Extensive cleaning has occurred in the dry storage area. Shelving has been removed and areas underneath shelving have been thoroughly cleaned. Food products inside the dry storage room have been organized, opened dry products placed inside bins with tight-fitted lids
