Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Dishes in the low temperature dishwasher are not being adequately washed and sanitized as the chlorine sanitizer measured at 0 ppm since there is no chlorine in the bottle.
Corrective Action(s):
Use manual dishwashing method to adequately wash and sanitize dishes:
1. Wash
2. Rinse
3. Sanitize using 100-200 ppm chlorine for 2 min.
4. Air dry
