- Store all open bags of flour in pest proof containers

- All handsinks in sandwich prep area, dishwashing area and in bakery are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- sandwich prep cooler, milk cooler, drinks cooler, pastry display cooler and walk-in cooler are all measured at temperatures at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer is measured at -17C
- No hot holding observed at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 78C during final rinse at the dish surface
- No rodent activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
