Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BM4T66: Thorough cleaning completed. Reminder to clean premise on a regular basis. Focus cleaning efforts around equipment, underneath shelves, behind shelves/equipment and all hard to reach areas. Damaged wall section to the right of the 2 compartment sink repaired. With the repair there has been a reduction in the fruit fly activity level. Continue to monitor fruit fly activity level in the dishwashing area and have your pest control technician take necessary corrective action if required. FSP 13-1 Display Management System Log for month of February available for review. March log kept up to date. Time tracking card maintained and placed in the display case.
