A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; hot holding 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle was 74.6C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date/time coded; in groups with proteins separate or below RTE foods; and 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms.
- Staff use utensils to handle food or disposable gloves. Disposable gloves changed after each task and staff wash hands frequently.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is great.
- No signs of pests.
- All in order.
