Routine Inspection conducted today.

2-compartment sink available. 2-compartment sink is being used as handwashing sink as well. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Low-temperature dishwasher measrued at 100ppm chlorine final rinse. Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 100ppm.
Prep cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Exhaust hood observed to be sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Bar Area:
Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.

All violations in previous report#JCHY-CSSSX8 has been corrected:
-Shelving units in the bar walk-in cooler observed to be sealed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
