Corrective Action(s): Wall mount the dispenser by Sep 9, 2016. In the meantime, provide a pump style dispenser at this sink

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Whole frozen Turkey left out at room temperature for thawing, According to staff, the turkey is to be cooked tomorrow.
Corrective Action(s): Thawing processes discussed during the last inspection.
Whole turley surface temperature is between 2 and 6 degrees C
Move turkey to a cooler immediately.
Furture thawing violations will result in discarding of food and/or fine(s).

Observation: Numerous empty cardboard boxes stored throughout the kitchen and storage areas.
Corrective Action(s): Hoarding boxes prevents clear view of the flooring and under/behind counters and thereofore cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. This condiition may allow harbourage of pests.
This issue was discussed during the last inspection.
Remove all empty cardboard boxes from premise by Sep 9, 2016. Clear out unwanted recyclable items and garabage at the end of the day.
