Freezer were at -10 deg C (pastries/baked goods).
Line coolers were at 2-3 deg C. Display cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reach 76.3 at plate surface.
Temperature log was available and well-maintained.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
Food items were stored off the floor.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
