No staff on duty has certification for FOODSAFE Level 1. Operator has provided copy of registration to FOODSAFE Level 1 class taking place on October 5, 2019 for three employees.
Corrective Action(s):
Ensure at least one person onsite has certification for FOODSAFE Level 1 or it's equivalent at all times of operation. To be corrected immediately.

Follow-up Inspection:
Handle for 3-compartment sink faucet and spray nozzle has now been repaired and functioning properly.
QUAT sanitizer in clearly labeled spray bottles available.
Concentration for QUAT sanitizer in each spray bottle = 200 ppm.
Operator has signed up three employees to take a FOODSAFE Level 1 class on October 5, 2019.
Operator has emailed registration confirmations to health inspector for the three employees taking FOODSAFE.
Follow-up inspection to verify FOODSAFE Level 1 certification to be conducted on October 16, 2019.
