Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-AZHQZ8 of Jun-07-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Observed black biofilm growth on the inside of the ice machine.)

Comments

- One of the owners who holds a FOODSAFE certificate was on site. The other owner is getting his course booked in the near future (by this summer). - Fish stored in the cooler during non-rush hours. - Did not observe partially cooked potatoes stored in frying baskets on top of cardboard boxes at the time of inspection. They are putting sheets below frying baskets. - The ice machine has been deep-cleaned. However, one of the instruments inside shows signs of wear. May need replacement in the near future.
