Kitchen not currently in use; is usually open only Fridays (after 4pm) and weekends

General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water*
- dishwasher reached 73C at the final rinse cycle
- sanitizer measured 200ppm in spray bottle
- ice machine appears sanitary; ice is frozen in solid block inside, needs to be melted to avoid damaging machine
- reminder not to store knives between cracks in equipment as those areas cannot be adequately cleaned
