Routine check: Designated hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels. 5 coolers - at 4 C or colder. Quats sanitizer is used on counters and food contact surfaces. Chlorine bleach is used on wiping cloths which are changed frequently throughout the day. Dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse (71 C measured inside the machine).
