Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in back kitchen was obstructed at time of inspection (garbage can and a canister of batter were placed in front of hand sink).
Corrective Action(s): All hand sinks must be easily accessible at all times. Do not block access to hand sinks or store anything in hand sinks.

Observation: Dry ingredient bins, lids, and scoops need to be cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all dry ingredient bins and scoops. Store scoops in designated scoop holders or use scoops only as needed, washing and sanitizing after each use.

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 78C at plate surface level during final rinse
- Walk-in cooler, prep coolers, drawer coolers were all measured to be at or below 4C. Food items kept in inserts were probed to be at or below 4C.
- Walk-in freezer and ice cream freezer were measured to be at or below -18C
- Hot held items were above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored off the floor and covered
- Dipper well in use for ice cream scoops - good
- Temperature records well maintained
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
