Comments

Clean dish storage has been temporarily relocated away from the dishwasher. Custom shelving with protective barrier has been ordered.
Reviewed 4 hour standard for cleaning and sanitizing food utensils and equipment that are in constant use. 4 hour period for utensil change out is to be monitored by supervisors.
Ice machine and walkin freezer have been cleaned. Note: walkin freezer is due for defrosting to remove ice build up.
Dishwasher and staff washroom soap dispensers refilled.
New soap dispenser installed in men's washroom.
Temporary soap dispenser provided at left end hand sink. New dispenser has been ordered.
