Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEAT* (Since April 2023) Facility spray bottle of QUATS sanitizer measured ~0 ppm.
**Corrected during inspection** Recieved permission from supervisor to switch to bleach sanitizer.
Inspector went over sanitzer requirements for bleach.

1/2 tsp household unscented bleach : 1L water (ring on spray bottle)
6-7 tbsp household unscented bleach : ~1/3 sink compartment (sanitizer fill line)

DO NOT mix chemicals. Ensure bottles are properly rinsed before switching chemicals.

Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Sanitizer (bleach) measuring 200ppm available by end of inspection
3 compartment sink availalbe for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
