Observation: Hand wash faucet is leaking (according to operator), but still functioning.
Parts coming in 3 weeks according to operator. Operator is using prep sink for hand washing.
Corrective actions: Use the hand sink for hand washing, ensure no blockage in front of hand washing station.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine at front service area was not maintained in a sanitary condition. Slime build ups around the ice dispensing area. The inside of the lid was also dirty.
Corrective action: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine.
Ice machine should be cleaned/maintained on a regular basis to avoid contamination in the ice.

Follow up inspection conducted for routine inspection done on May 18.
- Sanitation of the kitchen improved greatly. All the food containers have been cleaned. Shelving surfaces and cooler, freezer surfaces were cleaned, no food buildups. Floor was cleaned. Ensure to regularly clean and sanitize all the surfaces to maintain sanitary condition. Pay extra attention to hard to reach areas such as under cooking stations, preping stations, dishwasher, and back storage area.
- Ice machine was cleaned. Ensure to regularly clean the ice machine to prevent slime buildups.
*Change wiping cloths every 4 hrs for food contact surfaces to avoid growths of microbes*
