Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket in use in front area of premises measured less than 200 ppm, despite 50 minutes left on cycle. Discussed with manager. Timer likely reset instead of bucket change over.
Corrective Action(s): Implement a two bucket system where one is ready in back of store when bucket in front of store is too laiden with food waste or exceeded time.

Observation: Floor under counters especially along wall-side counter continues to be neglected and suffers an accumulation of food and non-food material build-up (moderate). Daily cleaning practices are not sufficient to allow proper removal of daily food accumulations, resulting in accumulations behind legs of storage equipment, corners, and along the wall baseboard interface.
Corrective Action(s): Review proper daily cleaning procedures with staff to ensure all parts of all stations are cleaned up properly.
