- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with the exception of the 2 prep coolers (temperatures slightly elevated--> ~6-9 degrees Celsius). *Monitor cooler temps closely to ensure they drop to within acceptable range within the next hour. If they do not, adjust temp settings and/or perform maintenance on the units to ensure they maintain temps of 4 Celsius or lower. - Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius - Hot-holding temperatures are ≥60o Celsius - Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration - Facility appears clean and well-organized - No pest activity observed during inspection
