-hand sinks fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -temperatures logged daily on computer system and coolers are alarmed to ensure rising cooler temperatures are dealt appropriately -Dishwasher at 50ppm Cl -Glasswasher at 50ppm Cl -Ice machine sanitary -General sanitation good *one hand sink on the cook line being repaired during the inspection as it was loose *attached cooler unit to the hand sink being repaired at 24C, no food being held in it and repair person has been called. Food will not be held in cooler until it can maintain 4C
