Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted for report # KLAI-CC3T5R.

- Upright Blomberg cooler was noted at 4C during the inspection.
Owner noted that in the morning the temperature of the cooler's top shelf may go above 4C, whereas the lower shelves are able to maintain temperature. Therefore, no customer's food was stored on the top shelf during the inspection. Service has been requested to have the cooler fixed.
Advised owner to monitor the temperature of the cooler closely until the cooler has been repaired, do not store any food in the cooler if it is unable to maintain temperature of food to ≤ 4C.
- No debris on the floor below the 2-part sink.

- No signature required due to COVID-19 pandemic.
