Follow-up inspection conducted: -200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. Staffs are using the solution during operation. Good. -Ventilation canopy hood will be serviced on July 29th, 2019. OK. -No foods placed by the dishwashing area. -All foods in walk-in cooler/freezer properly contained in and covered with food grade materials. -Back storage area and back entrance area had a major cleaning/reorganization. Storage shelves repainted so that all surfaces are smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable. Good. -No rodent droppings were observed from back storage shelves/floors. Traps have been placed. Operator monitors every morning, remove any droppings if observed and clean the area using bleach. All holes are filled as observed. If the problem worsens, contact the professional pest control company for a full inspection again. Thank you for your work.
