- Staff just took out the food from working walk in cooler
- Do not put food out in room temperature.
-Instructed staff to put it into front prep cooler. Since cooler not maintaining 4C or below, 2h limit before food must return to walk in cooler. Staff will only use the front prep cooler for rush hours.
