-Follow-up inspection to May 25, 2022.
-Staff were observed to have clean uniforms/attire. Ensure staff continue to maintain good personal hygiene at all times.
-Did not observe cooking equipment stored on the floor at the time of inspection.
-Manual slicers were found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer blades were all disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Staff have been instructed to disassemble the slicers after each use.
-Scoops were found stored in a sanitary manner. Operator has placed a basket outside the ingredient containers to store scoops.
-Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control. Minor pest activity is still being observed. Continue to monitor and contact pest control services, if pest activity increases.
-Bleach pails were properly labelled to identify their contents. Containers are labelled daily.
