Coolers at 4 C or lower; freezers at -18 C or lower; hot holding units at 60 C or higher
Ice machine kept in sanitary condition
Stirring spoons are kept in ice water; frappuccino machine cleaned with QUAT based sanitizer
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
**Glass-door freezer seems to be overstocked so that certain part of the freezer is not kept at -18 C or lower. Ensure to have sufficient storage space. Small tabletop freezer requires defrosting.**
