Comments

Milk is no longer kept in the under the counter cooler at the bar, which had an ambient temperature of 11 C. If milk or any food items are going to be stored here, repair the cooler so that it can maintain a temperature of 4 C or colder. The glasswasher had 100 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
