Observation: Chlorine sanitizer low temperature dishwasher washing temperature measured 42C. (Chlorine measured 100ppm after 4 mins).
CA: Ensure the washing temperature of the dishwasher is around 50 ~ 60C. Use the test strip to ensure the adequate concentration of chlorine is provided.

Comment:
-Premises is serving take out only due to COVID 19.
-Preparation cooler and undercounter cooler temperature measured 4C or under.
-Walk-in cooler measured 2C.
-All freezers temperature (4 freezers) are satisfactory.
-Chlorine level at dishwasher measured 100ppm.
-Hand sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-No pest sign observed during inspection.
-Recommend to install a screen door to prevent pest/rodents enter the premise at the back door.
-COVID 19 safety plan is implementing.
