Observation: Back of house warehouse pallet storage areas - food and debris build-up along back wall on floor behind pallets and between wall and pallet bumpers.
Mouse droppings observed in warehouse area where food pallets are stored - bottled pop pallets, pallets across from walk-in freezer (store), trace droppings near produce pallets.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning required in warehouse area on floor along walls behind pallets to remove food spills, debris build-up and mouse droppings.
Locations where mouse droppings are observed - are to be treated with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 litre water) after cleaning.
