This inspection done by EHO student.

The following temperatures were measured:
- Walkin Cooler 3.0 deg.C
- Walkin freezer -22.0 deg.C
- Stainless steel freezer near deep fryer -18.0 deg.C
- Hot holding for Whopper Paddie 84.0 deg.C

* All handsinks stocked with liquid Soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
* Food storage practices is satisfactory at the time of visit. Foods were stored in pest proof containers with lids and off the floor.
* Food handler hygiene practices satisfactory at the time of visit.
* Temperature log is up-to-date and maintained digitally.
* QUATS Sanitizer Solution measured 200ppm at dispenser and wiping cloth buckets.
* Chemicals were stored in a safe manner
* Three Compartment Sink with plugs available and in use for dishwashing. Went over dishwashing protocol with Operator.
* General Sanitation is satisfactory
* No Signs of pest activity at the time of visit
