Observation: In the middle of the facility is an area where staff dispenses chocolate into bags or boxes when customers order. No handwashing station is in this area. It is indicated hand sanitizer is located next to cashier and staff uses gloves when handling chocolates. The closest handwashing station is inside the production area, over 20 feet away.
Corrective Action(s): Where food is being dispensed and/or handled, a handwashing station must be provided.
Another option is to relocate chocolates to an area where a handwashing station is closeby. If this is not an option, please provide a floor plan indicating location of the proposed handwashing station.

Most of the products in is already pre-packaged.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No signs of pests at time of visit.
