Cleaning has greatly improved throughout the main kitchen and in the back room prep area
-Prep cooler inserts (top part) was only filled with a few slices of avocado and enough food to be used within 2 hour period, not over filled like during the previous inspection

Ensure to do the following by your next inspection:
1) Remove any old pots/lids underneath the 2 compartment sink that you do not use
2) remove ladder from the back prep room area away from takeout containers or any containers/items used for your restaurant's food
3) Continue to remove any boxes, items in the back prep area that are not used for your restaurant
4) Vaccuum/clean underneath the upright cooler with glass door in the back prep room area
