Routine inspection: Hair cut: Barbicide solution available for use for combs. Quats sanitizer (low level disinfectant) available for scissors. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. If using isopropyl alcohol as a disinfectant, do not use 100% isopropyl alcohol, instead use 70% isopropyl alcohol. Hair wash station equipped with backflow prevention device. Waxing: Bed lined with towels that are laundered after each use. Sticks and strips available for wax. Roll on wax not rolled on - stick is dipped into the wax instead. Do not apply roller on client's skin directly. General: Laundry services done on-site separate from personal items. Utility sink provided with liquid soap and single use freshly laundered linen towels. General sanitation satisfactory.
