High temperature dishwasher (aka. Mugwasher) achieved 71.1 deg C after rinse cycle. Manager has said that staff is checking the mugwasher 2-3 times daily via test strips that are placed in the dishes before the dishwasher is run. The strips change color if the temperature reaches 180 deg F/82 deg C. These test strips were provided by their maintenance company for the dishwasher.

Ensure that dishwasher consistently achieved minimum 71 deg C at plate level after rinse cycle (and 82 deg C/180 deg F at the gauge).
