Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sauce product stored in a large rubbermaid garbage container not meant for handling food. Food grade containers must be used for handling food and documentation must be provided to prove this.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives stuck in wood slots, which are not cleanable. Knives must be stored on the knife magnet and in a clean condition.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 handwashing stations in the kitchen do not contain hot water, or papertowel, one handwash sink beside dishwasher does not contain soap. Hot water turned off during weekdays as facility is not in operation at that time. However, hot water must be available during operations times which includes food preparation times. This was corrected during inspection and 45C is achieved at the taps.
Corrective Action(s): Adequate handwashing facilities must be available at all times. Food is being prepared at this time and no handwash stations are available. Fully equip both handwashing stations.
All were corrected except providing soap for the one handwash station by dishwasher. Other handwash station must be used.
