- Leak under ice machine has been fixed - Heavily worn wicker baskets have been discarded - Wicker baskets are used for proofing, and are hand washed then placed into oven betwenn uses. - Will be purchasing a warmer to keep potentially hazardous foods above 60C (ie egg and bacon biscut), time track until purchased - Bar cooler still to be repaired, not in use at time of inspection
