Observation: 1.In walk in freezer, open bacon and bags of bread in storage observed. Ensure to reseal or cover bags once inventory is taken. Do not leave unpackaged foods on shelves. Some open bags have spilled onto the freezer floor.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. The family and women washroom toilet paper stations have been broken and/or stolen. There is no toilet paper for patrons. This can result in contamination of the premise by the customers.
2. Bread, hashbrown and other food debris observed spilled on walk in freezer floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to replace and repair toilet paper stations as soon as possible. A temporary paper station was placed in the washrooms at the time of inspection. If there is no toilet paper, put up a sign indicating there is no toilet paper and advise customers to use other available washrooms. Correction required immediately.
2. Clean the walk in freezer floor as needed. Ensure food products are properly sealed to prevent spills. Correction required in two days.

Premise over all is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
All hand sinks in use with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water.
Food in general protected from contamination in food grade containers and lids - Ensure walk in freezer food products are resealed after opening.
Dishwasher final rinse at the plate at 78.6C according to min/max probe.
Quat sanitizer in use at 200 ppm and is time stamped.
3 compartment sink in use with sanitizer.
Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated scoop.
Washroom have fully stocked hand washing sinks.
Temperature monitoring and logs and sanitation daily logs in use.
