Follow up inspection: -Prep. cooler was at 3.9 degrees C (at or below 4 degrees C) at the time of inspection. -Operator stated that the technician added more gas into it. -200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside two spray bottles in the front service area. -200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was replaced in the container during the inspection. *Please continue with regular monitoring of the sanitizer concentration and the refrigeration temperatures.
