No problems noted at the time of inspection. All refrigerators and freezers meet temperature requirements, hot holding units all above 60C, quaternary ammonia at 200 ppm readily available for dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces. General sanitation and food handling satisfactory, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
