Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place at front of food court stall. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at staff back door entrance to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy limit of workers within facility. Must conduct daily health check for staff. Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work. Post handwashing sign within facility.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Prep coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C. Temperature logs are well maintained.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Food are covered to protect from contamination.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Cut vegetables and raw chicken stored in the grill cooler was measured at 10C surface temperature. Operator informed that it was put in the cooling unit 30 minutes ago and will be used up within 30 minutes during the lunch rush. Informed operator that all food stored in the grill cooler must be discarded after 2 hours if not used up. After the lunch rush, no food must be stored in the grill cooler until it is serviced to hold 4C or less air ambient temperature. Store all food in refrigeration units that can hold 4C or lower air ambient temperature.

Overall, facility is well organized.
