- Hand washing station stocked with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap - Walk in cooler 3C - Sanitizer spray bottle labelled and stocked with 200 ppm QUATs - Glassware washer had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine on glass surface - Sanitization logs maintained but NOT updated daily. Last entry back in Oct of 2023. Ensure to update sanitation log on a Daily basis - All food kept off floor level - Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Very minor level of broken glass and dust observed under counters and racks in bar area. Ensure to clean the hard to reach spots at least once per month - No sign of pests - Health permit posted
