Discussed prep cooler - manager stated this is in the works, in the interim all foods are immediately placed into the cooler. Ensure thermometers are available in unit and to be extra vigilant about monitoring domestic cooler temperatures.

Sanitizer prepared in labelled spray bottles and available at front and back - at time of inspection, sanitizer > 200ppm. Ensure the dilution formula of 1/2 tsp per 1L water is followed to ensure sanitizer is safely prepared to100ppm Cl. Diluted at time of inspection
Dishwasher tested at 50ppm Cl
