Observation: Some old mouse droppings noted in corners under shelving in back dry storage room and around laundry.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all droppings area cleaned up and areas monitored for any current pest activity.

*Provide a copy of the last 2 pest control reports to FHA via email.

Routine:
Kitchen:
- Handwashing stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Staff demonstrated proper manual dishwashing procedures - drying rack in place
- Sanitizer buckets were 100 ppm chlorine
- Dishwashing sanitizer was 200 ppm QUATS at time of inspection
- Peroxide sanitizer available at 3500 ppm - test strips available
- Chicken nuggets and patties noted 62 C to 72 C
- Cooler units: <4 C
*Front display cooler still not in use - replacement will be brought in with renovation.
- Freezer unit -14 C
- Food at prep line inserts were time controlled
- Handwashing and glove use policies in place
- Contracted pest control company through Wal-Mart provides service routinely
***Require a copy of pest control reports for McDonald's part of pest control service. Copy must be available for review by EHO by next inspection
***Provide a copy of last 2 pest control reports to FHA via email
- General sanitation satisfactory
